The Central Coast Surf 12G DPLO team plays in the DPL Southwest (Open) Conference and represents our club’s commitment to excellence, discipline, and intelligent play. Our team is built around a possession-based system, emphasizing composure, precision, and purposeful movement both on and off the ball. Players are taught to read the game, control tempo, and make smart decisions that reflect a deep understanding of team tactics.

We focus on developing versatile, adaptable players who can perform confidently in multiple positions and game scenarios. Through dynamic training sessions that combine physical conditioning, tactical instruction, and cognitive development, each player grows into a more complete and confident athlete.

Equally important is the positive and supportive team culture we cultivate. Every training and match is an opportunity to learn, compete, and build character. Coaches emphasize teamwork, respect, and accountability, fostering an environment where players push one another to reach their full potential.

Players on our team come from as far north as Paso Robles and as far south as Santa Maria. Training sessions are held in Arroyo Grande and San Luis Obispo.
